Welcome to our client portal. By accessing this portal you will be able to view your account information, change your username and password, see detailed transaction history and make payments by credit card or checking or savings account (fees apply).
To create your log-in, you will need to have your most recent statement. Please note that your email address must match the one we have on file at AJM. If you are not sure or want to change your email please contact the office.
- Click your Property ID from the drop down list. This is found at the bottom of your statement.
- Leave User Name and Password Blank and click LogIn
- To the right of LogIn a new blue button will appear – Create An Account. Select this.
- Enter your account number. This is found in the upper right corner of your statement and your email address. Remember this must match the email on file at AJM. Then create user name and password and enter a recovery email address.
- An email will be sent to you to verify your account. Click the link and you will be all set! You can now see your account activity and make payments online.
