Tony Matteis, Jr.

A native resident of Connecticut, Tony graduated from Central Connecticut State College (University) and began his career in property management. After working for several firms, he started AJM Real Estate Services, Inc. with the founding philosophy that customers should always come first.
It’s always exciting to see the transformation when we take over management of a complex and update long neglected items and build up savings reserves.
His hands-on involvement with each property and project is apparent to everyone he works with. Tony is a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor (HIC.0555109), a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM.0001205) and a Connecticut Real Estate Broker (#REB.0754680).

Megan Matteis
Certified Property Manager
Megan was born and raised in Stamford, CT. She is a graduate of Trinity Catholic High School and Delaware Valley College (University) where she majored in Small Animal Science. After working in the veterinary field and spending a few years in California, Megan made her way back to Connecticut and into the world of property management.
Megan is a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM.0001115) and a Connecticut Real Estate Sales Person (#RES.0814471).
Don’t be surprised if you see Megan cruising through your property in her Jeep with her dog, Nash, by her side.
